Therapolis was created by our Director Andy Stylianou because, despite searching everywhere, he couldn’t find a place that had everything he needed in one place. Being someone who has a life philosophy of if it doesn’t exist build it, he set about creating what Therapolis is today. Every aspect of the Centre is flowing with his vision.

Monday: 11am - 7pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9am - 8pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
We operate strictly by appointment only
Our Policies
When to arrive
Please plan to arrive at least a few minutes prior to your treatement time to relax, and enjoy a complimentary beverage in our peaceful environment.
Delayed Client Arrival
Please note that a late arrival will determine the length of your treatment, as all our services will end at the scheduled times, so the next client is not inconvenienced. The full treatment price is charged.
Payment
Payment for any Therapolis treatments are acceptable in cash, debit or credit card. Phone payments are only acceptable with credit cards.
An no-interest Easy Payment Plan is available to spread the cost of any package over 6, 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 months.
Packages
All packages are to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the treatment, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients.
Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the appointment is cancelled and cannot be filled. Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment prices.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any Therapolis treatments and are therefore at your discretion. Any gratuity can be left at the Front Desk and will be passed on to the relevant therapist(s) as per your instructions.
Please note it is not possible to accept gratuities via credit cards. Change is available on request.
